A multi day event - celebrating our home, culture and history.

In Tla-o-qui-aht territory, at the Tin Wis Conference Hall and Wickaninnish Elementary School.

LIST OF FINAL CANDIDATES & ELECTION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation held a Nomination Meeting on April 6, 2026, in accordance with the First Nations Elections Regulations for the purpose of nominating candidates for the Offices of Chief and eleven (11) Councillors, for the next term of office, in an election to be held on May 12, 2026.

The listed candidates have been duly nominated for the offices of Chief and Council for the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation in accordance with the First Nations Elections Regulations, and their names will appear on the respective ballots.
