Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation would like to offer a wristband to youth ages 2-18 for the Port Alberni Fall Fair. If you plan on attending, please fill out this form:
Open to all Community members and Tla-o-qui-aht off-reserve members.
Youth must be there to accept wristband.
